"We had chicken egg foo young, pork Lo Mein, egg drop soup, and golden wings. The egg foo young was very refreshing yet savory- the chicken on top had a very fresh texture and flavor. The lo mein was also very refreshing compared to most places- it wasn't greasy at all. The sauce was savory and very delicious. I also learned there are lunch specials! The atmosphere was very relaxing, it is also very clean. I really enjoyed the ambience with the piano music and snow fall playing in the background- it was the perfect place to wind down from the day and enjoy some good food for the night. Thank you again!"

"First time I've ate at a Vietnamese restaurant in ND and I must say that the Jade Dragon Fried Rice was absolutely amazing! Along with their house sauce which I would say is around the equivalent of a mild jalapeno with the perfect amount of spice and flavor. Thank y'all so much for a wonderful meal and great experience!"

"Had dinner here a few days ago with some friends and it turned out better than I expected. The pho broth was flavorful and felt really fresh, and the spring rolls were light and crispy. The place itself is small but cozy, and the staff was friendly even though it got pretty busy around dinner time. Prices seemed fair for the portions too. I'm not a big expert on Vietnamese food, but everything tasted clean and well seasoned. Would probably come back again to try their banh mi next time."

"Restaurant is super spacious and not typically busy. Menu has a lot of good options! I ordered the wonton soup and the Beef Pho. Pho broth was pretty good not too bland. This place is reasonably priced and conveniently located near downtown but without the hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place as it's an Asian fusion, so you can find traditional and none traditional cuisine."

"For our last meal in Fargo (and our cross America Road Trip), we checked out Jade Dragon since they had some vegan options we could check out. Sharing a Pho Raw Cai Tofu & Vegetables, Fried Tofu with Mixed Vegetables, Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls, it was very good, not greasy and the servings were quite hearty. The menu lists items as vegetarian but what we had was also vegan and the staff were great at helping decide what to order and navigate our preferences."

"At first, you almost miss the restaurant because it isn't very obvious. It isn't huge and you can totally miss it when driving by. But when you get inside, It's so clean and calm. I was greeted right away and brought back to a table right away. I was waiting for a friend, and they made sure I had water immediately. They checked in on us, but didn't seem to smother us or rush us. The food was wonderful!! And the portions were big, so we were able to take the leftovers home. The music was serene and nice. The lighting was perfect. It's also easy to pull up a wheelchair to the table if you need to. The whole experience was awesome. And I will DEFINITELY be back!! The prices were great, too. We didn't break the bank and we left very happy!"

"We have been coming here for a long time know so I'm going to give you the pros and cons Pros: Best Staff in Fargo Food is A++, Hot and fresh every time. They have the best Pho in Fargo. It has a very home feeling you won't feel out of place and if you have question the staff will assist with anything. Cons: Honestly I cannot think of one. This is the best restaurant in Fargo hands down if you have never been well this is your time. What are you waiting for? Update: This is the Best and most consistently good place in Fargo"
